PTR (Price to Retailer) is the calculated price at which a retailer purchases a product from a stockist or distributor.
PTS (Price to Stockist) is the price at which a stockist purchases the product from the company. Both values are derived from the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) by deducting respective margins and adjusting for GST.

PTR is calculated using the MRP, Retailer Margin %, and GST %. The formula deducts the retailer's margin from the MRP and divides it by (1 + GST/100) to get the pre-tax price to the retailer.

PTS is calculated by applying the Stockist Margin % on the PTR. It shows the price the stockist pays to the company after subtracting their margin from the PTR.
